  2. On the day, simply arrive as you are. No preparation needed.

Session Guidelines

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Please give two business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late Arrivals
    Sessions can allow up to a 10-minute delay but will still end on time. Beyond 10 minutes, your session may be marked as missed.

  • Remember
    Showing up for these sessions is like answering a call from your future self, bless you for arriving on time, heart open, ready to meet what’s been waiting to become you.
