Policies and Practices
These policies are here to create clarity, protect your time and mine, and support a grounded working relationship.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. Any personal information you share with me is handled with care and respect.
I collect only the information needed to communicate with you, provide services, manage bookings, deliver resources you have requested, and maintain basic business records. This may include your name, email address, appointment details, and any information you choose to share in relation to our work together. Personal information is to be collected only for identified purposes, used and disclosed only as needed for those purposes, safeguarded appropriately, and made accessible to the individual on request under PIPEDA.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
I may use trusted third-party service providers to support scheduling, email communication, payment processing, website operation, and related business administration. Those providers may process information on my behalf in order to deliver those services. Under PIPEDA’s accountability principle, organizations remain responsible for personal information transferred to third parties for processing.
If you subscribe to my newsletter or request resources, I may send occasional emails related to my work, offerings, updates, and materials you have asked to receive. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting me directly. CASL requires consent for commercial electronic messages and expects identification and unsubscribe functionality.
If you would like to ask about the information I hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, please contact me directly. PIPEDA includes an access principle and a mechanism to challenge compliance.
Email Communications
My email practices are intended to comply with Canadian anti-spam law. Marketing and newsletter emails are sent only where consent is present or otherwise permitted by law, include clear identification, and provide a working unsubscribe method. For U.S. recipients, CAN-SPAM also requires accurate header and subject information, a valid postal address, and a working opt-out mechanism.
Eligibility
My work is intended for adults. In most cases, I work with clients aged 18 and over.
In some circumstances, I may work with a younger person where a parent or legal guardian is appropriately involved and present to support the process.
Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time and give appropriate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
For private sessions and package sessions, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
For Discovery Calls, at least two business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled, except at my discretion.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If you arrive late, I may still be able to accommodate the session within a short grace window, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
For regular sessions, delays of up to 10 minutes may still be accommodated. Beyond that, the session may need to be rescheduled or may be treated as missed.
For Discovery Calls, brief delays may still be accommodated, but the call will end at the scheduled time. Longer delays may require rescheduling or may be treated as missed.
Refund Policy
Your investment in this work reflects both the time reserved and the care brought to the container.
If, immediately following your first package session, you are sincerely dissatisfied, please contact me within 2 hours with a clear written explanation. I will review the situation in good faith.
Outside that specific circumstance, sessions, Discovery Calls, and package payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because intuitive and integrative work is inherently relational and subjective, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Scope of Services
My work is intended to support personal growth, self-inquiry, spiritual development, and integrative change.
It is not a substitute for medical care, legal advice, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis support, or any other regulated professional service. If you need medical, legal, psychological, or therapeutic support, please contact an appropriately qualified professional.
Spiritual and Intuitive Work Disclaimer
Psychic, intuitive, symbolic, and spiritual experiences are inherently subjective. No specific message, result, or outcome can be guaranteed.
Private readings, events, and sessions may include intuitive impressions, symbolic material, and spiritual interpretation. These are offered in service of reflection and insight, not certainty or factual proof.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and personal well-being.
Live Events and Private Readings
In live events, group settings, and private readings, intuitive material may or may not arise in the way a participant expects.
No guarantee is made that a specific person, loved one, spirit contact, answer, or outcome will be received.
I ask that you approach this work with openness, discernment, and personal responsibility.
Meditation and Audio Safety
Guided meditations and audio resources are designed to support regulation, reflection, and inner awareness.
Do not use meditations or neuroacoustic recordings while driving, operating machinery, or doing any activity that requires full external attention.
Please use them in a safe, quiet setting where you can remain undisturbed.
Technology and Online Sessions
Online sessions depend on technology, internet stability, and the quality of your environment.
Please arrive a few minutes early, test your setup, and choose a quiet space where you can be present and uninterrupted.
If technical issues arise, I will do my best to adapt with you and continue in a workable way.
Questions
If you have questions about these policies, please contact me before booking or at any point during our work together.
