Activity

  • Schedule a Dyad Meeting: Set a mutually agreeable time with your Dyad partner.
  • Be sure that your scheduled time is after this week’s Group Intuitive Coaching Call.
  • Time frame: Plan for about 60-90 minutes in total
  • Preparation: Do the Self-Connection Meditation Practice just before meeting up with your dyad partner for the best results
  • Action: Dyad-Connection Practice and Conscious Higher-Self Dyad exercise

  • The goal of All that is, All that ever was and All that ever will be is to conserve energy and to seek out new information for the sole purpose of evolving.
  • It is critical to use minimal energy to change through evolution.
  • We are all one, on a mission of self-seeking and expansion.

RESISTANCE & CHANGE

  • Everything is in a state of constant change.
  • We meet resistance at the gateway to Change.
  • We always have the choice to resist or to surrender to change.
  • If we fight, we do so at the expense of our personal, global and galactic resources.
  • The best possible moment to change is when we realize the pain of where we are is greater than the pain we anticipate of ‘change’ itself.
  • We are standing in the truth of what is in our best interest to change.
  • We always have a choice and free will to change.
  • We do not resist when we understand that changing will increase our growth and initiate healing.

Using the Physics of Blood Flow as a model, Let’s Explore Resistance & Change:

Consider intuitively internal frictions, stressors and compliance factors that restrict you from flowing through Resistance & Change and into surrender, acceptance, liberation and healing.

  1. How significant is your measurable capacity for immense humility? 
  2. Do you desire to achieve a better state of balance?

  1. How significant is your measurable capacity for endurability resilience? 
  2. Do you have a passion for embracing actions that lead towards your healing?

The Viscosity of Blood Metaphor:

  1. How significant is your measurable capacity to surrender to your limitations? 
  2. Do you have the energy to move into a state of acceptance and ease?

How do we Identify and Navigate RESISTANCE & CHANGE?

First, we must identify the type of resistance and change we are experiencing. Below find some of the types of Resistance and Change I’ve encountered.

Before you meet with your Dyad Partner Instructions: 

  • On any day leading up to or just before your Dyad, do your Self Connection Meditation Practice and when you are done the 5th Listening Station, read through the 10 Types of Resistance & Change (below), instructing your Conscious Higher Self to activate your bio-signature on the most appropriate type for you to work in your Dyad exercise. 
  • Be mindful of NOT picking the type of ‘resistance & change’ you feel is most appropriate for you to process at this time.
    • Let your Conscious Higher Self show you. 
  • You will need this selection for the Dyad exercise below.

Before you proceed, make these decisions:

  • For this exercise, try not to anticipate the event or experience in your history. 
  • It is critical that you stay out of the way, trust in this process. 
  • Let your Conscious Higher Self present this information to your conscious self.
  • Be amazed at you!

Sacred Witness Instructions:

Ask your Recipient what type of Resistance and Change their Conscious Higher Self has indicated to work with for the Dyad today:

  • Have a notebook or mind-map ready to document any relevant information received and or shared during the connection practice
  • Make sure you have the Stuck-Fear-Truth Technique/script handy for a seamless transition.
  • After you have completed Listening Station 5 in the Connection Meditation Practice and before guiding your recipient back to an alert state, follow the script where you will invite your Recipient to channel their Conscious Higher Self.

Resistance and Change + Stuck-Fear-Truth Dyad Exercise

Step 1: Preparation

  • Before you connect with your Dyad partner, do the Self-Connection Meditation Practice for optimum results.
  • If needed, review the OITEW Dyad Connection Meditation Practice Guide.
  • Know by heart or have your Soul Gift Declaration handy.
  • Know which of the 10 Types of Resistance and Change your Conscious Higher Self has indicated you would benefit from working with at your Dyad.  
    • i.e. #2. What is the Point – Resistance

Connect with your Dyad Partner on Zoom

·    Show up primed and ready to get to work. Try not to spend too much time chit-chatting and dig in!

·    Remember to set your view to Gallery and HIT THE RED RECORD BUTTON ON YOUR ZOOM CALL. 

Recite: Invocation Prayer

Together, recite or sing this Invocation prayer to set in motion your intentions for doing your inner work together in a protected sacred space. 

Next week you will begin using a new invocation! 

Source Energy, God, Goddess, All That Is, All That Ever Was & All That Ever Will Be, 

Encircle us with your powerful protective forces of Divine Joy and Light. 

Hold us securely within the Open Inward Celestial Temple.

We are ready to proceed as fully sovereign beings.

Step 2: Create a Sacred Space

  • One of you takes the lead role and be a meditation guide to activate the sacred space for the Dyad.
  • Recite the Learner’s script (found in the OITEW Dyad Connection Meditation Practice Guide).
  • When you reach the 5th listening station, recite out loud both of your names in unison – you each say or preferably sing your name four times.
  • You are now both grounded within a virtual sacred space.
  • Remember you want to close/collapse with simple intention the virtual temple when you are done your Dyad session

Step 3: Soul Gift Declaration

  • In turn, each of you will declare out loud your soul gift: My Soul gift is –
  • Be a Sacred Witness to each other by listening with your hearts open.

Step 4: Higher-Self Dyad Connection Meditation Exercise

  • Decide who will be the Sacred Witness and the Recipient for the first round.
  • Switch roles for the second round so that you both do the exercise in each role
  • This is the last week using the Learner’s Script. 
  • Take the time to work on your ability to hold the intention and visualization for each Listening Station so you can continue doing the heavy lifting when you begin working with the Short Client Script next week. 

Sacred Witness:

  • After you have completed Listening Station 5 before guiding your recipient back to an alert state, you are going to invite your Recipient to channel their Conscious Higher Self.

After the 5th Listening Station, proceed using the Resistance and Change Script below:

“Greetings (insert the name of your Recipient’s) CONSCIOUS HIGHER SELF, please answer me, yes or no, are you available?”

Recipient, I.E. “Yes”

“Thank you (insert the name of your Recipient)’s Conscious Higher Self.

Please tell me, yes or now, are you ready and willing to communicate with your Conscious self at this time?”

Recipient, I.E. “Yes”

“Thank you (insert the name of your Recipient)’s Conscious Higher Self.

With intent, repeat the following phrase after me.”

“I AM (insert the name of your Recipient)’s Conscious Higher Self.

 and I am ready to communicate with my Conscious Self.”

I.E. “I AM Liz King’s HIGHER SELF, AND I AM READY TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY CONSCIOUS SELF”

  • Hold the intention for your dyad partner (Recipient) to take as long as necessary for them to say this statement out loud in the voice and presence of their Conscious Higher Self.

“Greetings (insert the name of your Recipient/Dyad partner)’s

Conscious Higher Self. Please tell me, yes or no, are you ready to make an inquiry with your conscious self around Resistance and Change?”

Recipient, I.E. “Yes

  • If they answer NO, thank their Conscious Higher Self for their assistance.
  • If they answer YES, proceed.

“Thank you. Please TELL ME what type of Resistance and Change is (insert your Recipient’s name)’s Conscious Higher Self ready to inquire around?”

Recipient, I.E., “I am ready to inquire around, #9 Doubting your abilities – Resistance.”

  • Hold the intention for your dyad partner (Recipient) to take as long as necessary for them to reply out loud in the voice and presence of their Conscious Higher Self.
  • Use your intuition to sense when to move forward to the next question.
  • “Thank you, (Insert Recipient’s name)’s Conscious Higher Self.”

Pause

“Now, please awaken the relevant emotional and mental energy and patterns regarding resistance and change that will be most potent for (insert Recipient’s name)’s healing at this time.”

  • Your Recipient might be emotional and share a thought, image, sensation, memory or be quiet for this part.
  • Be aware that there are Conscious Higher Self energetics unfolding
  • Continue to hold a safe space
  • Use your intuition to sense when to move forward to the next question.

“(Insert Recipient’s name)’s Conscious Higher Self, Thank you.”

Pause

Read slowly: 

“(Insert Recipient’s name)’s Conscious Higher Self, from ‘First Thought’, please share any information on (Insert Recipient’s name)’s internal frictions, stressors and compliance factors that restrict (Insert Recipient’s name) flowing through Resistance and Change.”

  • Your Recipient might be emotional and share a thought, image, sensation, memory or be quiet for this part.
  • Be aware that there are Conscious Higher Self energetics unfolding
  • Continue to hold a safe space
  • Use your intuition to sense when to move forward to the next question.

“(Insert Recipient’s name)’s Conscious Higher Self; thank you.”

Read slowly: 

“(Insert Recipient’s name)’s Conscious Higher Self, please consider expanding where you discern the flow of acceptance and surrender is blocked by internal friction, stressors and compliance factors.”

  • Be aware that there are Conscious Higher Self energetics unfolding
  • Continue to hold a safe space
  • Use your intuition to sense when to move forward to the next question.

“Please share with (Insert Recipient’s name) from ‘First Thoughts,’ images, and sensations that are related to initiating the decreasing of internal friction, stressors and compliance factors for her healing at this time?”

  • Your Recipient might be emotional and share a thought, image, sensation, memory or be quiet for this part.
  • Be aware that there are Conscious Higher Self energetics unfolding
  • Continue to hold a safe space
  • Use your intuition to sense when to move forward to the next question.

“(Insert Recipient’s name)’s Conscious Higher Self; thank you.”

Pause

“Please TELL ME, is there anything else you wish to share with “(Insert Recipient’s name) at this time?” 

Repeat this prompt if you intuitively feel it is necessary.

  • Your Recipient might be emotional and share a thought, image, sensation, memory or be quiet for this part.
  • Be aware that there are Conscious Higher Self energetics unfolding
  • Continue to hold a safe space
  • Use your intuition to sense when to move forward to the next question.

“(Insert Recipient’s name)’s Conscious Higher Self; thank you for your assistance today.”

  1. Invite your Recipient to return to an alert state, with their eyes open.
  2. Without losing the connection with your Recipient, or your Recipient losing the link to their process, promptly proceed with the Stuck-Fear-Truth Technique

Step 5:

Transition Into Stuck-Fear-Truth Technique

  • Sacred Witness, to open your inquiry line seamlessly, start with the thought, image or sensation your Recipient shared during their session that gave you the biggest intuitive hit.
  • If your Recipient is not in an emotional processing state, it’s Ok.
  • Lead by asking the question below.

Sacred Witness asks Recipient:

“(Insert Recipient’s name) Tell me how your Resistance and Change Type makes you feel?

Invite your Recipient to put ‘Resistance & Change into a statement:

I.E., “My resistance and change (type of resistance and change) make me feel…”

Sacred Witness:

“How does (fill in the blank) make you feel?”

At this point, you are in stage one of the Stuck-Fear-Truth Technique. Keep the Stuck-Fear-Truth line of inquiry going until your Recipient reaches their Truth.

Step 6:

Once your Recipient has reached their Truth, you may want to round off their session by revisiting their original Resistance and Change Type and ask how it makes them feel now. You are looking for signs of change. 

Step 7:

Sacred Witness:

  • If reprogramming is being considered for your Recipient to continue their healing journey, co-create an empowering affirmation based on a 4D mindset. 
  • The new program is already creating a unique experience.
    • I.E. It is good for me, and it is good for others when I embrace and express my authenticity.

Introducing:

Step 8: Session Closure Intention:

  • Intentionally break your connection to the sea of consciousness outside of your consciousness. 
  • You may have merged with energies during the session so it is important to break that connection. 
  • Restoring your energy at this point intentionally is critical.

Recite quietly or silently to yourself:

“All consciousness, not my own, including spiritual energies, beings and souls that may have merged and connected to me during this session – you must leave my energy field now.”

“Conscious Higher Self and my Spirit Team, please clear my energy field now.”

Take a quick energy shower:

Wash your field with white, pinks and green light through your entire being. You intend to wash off all energy that does not belong to you.

Visualize while you recite:

“I restore my energy field with white, pinks and green flowing light from the top of my energy field down to the bottom of my energy field.

“Conscious Higher Self and my Spirit Team, please restore my energy field now.”

  • Mindfully enter a space of gratitude and appreciation for the work you have just done.
  • Acknowledge your Trust & Faith in the assistance you have received with gratitude by silently saying a heartfelt Thank you to the unseen world of your Conscious Higher Self, your Spirit Team, Kannon, and Galactic Masters.
  • Consciously affirm that you have received what you asked for and more.
  • Now take a transition breath.

Silently: “My deepest gratitude to the unseen world of my Conscious Higher Self, my Spirit Team, Kannon, and the Galactic Masters. Thank you.”

(Pause.)

Gently Invite your Recipient to return to an alert state

“(Insert Recipient’s name)I invite you to return to an alert state now. 

Share your findings!

Step 9: Switch Roles. Rinse and repeat in your new role

When you have completed your dyad exercise, please remember to close/collapse the virtual temple with a simple intention and gratitude. 

Step 10: Ground Your Experiences

  1. After your Dyad exercise, while your memory is still fresh, journal your experiences.
  2. Please share in the Telegram group chat

Step 11: Feedback Instructions:

  • After the zoom call, you will get an email notification from Zoom. It will contain a link to Zoom, where you will see download options.

  • I invite you to take responsibility for selecting the parts of your Dyad Exercise that you would like reviewed for constructive feedback.
  • Your goal is to uninhibitedly, humbly ask for mentoring guidance where you would like to improve, such as where you struggled, got stuck but also, your wins too! Share where you felt like a work of art in motion! Feedback is about celebrating your challenges and successes!

Set your intention: 

“Conscious Higher Self, please use our unique Bio-Signature as a way to help me to recognize where I need mentoring assistance to deepen my awareness and skill level.”

  1. You are essentially asking/training your Conscious Higher Self to activate your unique Conscious Higher Self Bio-Signature, at the specific timestamps where you require mentoring guidance.
  2. Compile a list of these timestamps for feedback (the beginning and ending timestamps).
  3. Order your timestamps in priority sequence (not linear time).
  4. Always start with your success timestamp!
    1. Build your confidence!
  5. Include your mentoring inquiry question with each timestamp.

Example:

Timestamp 1: 43:00 – 45:00 (2 minutes)

Mentoring Inquiry: I feel like I nailed this part – tell me, what do you think? I feel like a rockstar! Yeah!

Timestamp 2: 48:00 – 51:30 (3.5 minutes)

Mentoring Inquiry: Did my Recipient shut down at this point? What could I have done to help her back into being present and continue her process?

Timestamp 3: 20:00 – 23:00 (3 minutes)

Mentoring Inquiry: Did I miss an opportunity to delve deeper with my Recipient? I feel like I may have missed a signal from my Recipient.

Timestamp 4: 35:00 – 37:00 (2 minutes)

Mentoring Inquiry: How could I have better handled my Recipient’s response to my shared information? I felt like I did not know where to go next.

Total: 10.5 minutes for Feedback
