Stage One
- With intention, open your heart, breathe JOY in through your nose.
- Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head) while sending JOY to your heart.
- Breathe out and intentionally release whatever energy is resisting JOY in your heart.
- Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head).
- Allow a gentle smile to rise from your heart into your face.
- Move to Stage Two.
Stage Two
- With intention, open your heart, breathe JOY in through your nose.
- Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head) while sending JOY to your heart.
- Breathe out and intentionally release whatever energy is resisting JOY in your heart.
- Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head).

- Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head) while flooding JOY from your heart, in all directions, to the rest of your body.
- Breathe out and intentionally release JOY, in all directions, to the unified field.
- Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head).
- Allow a gentle smile to rise from your heart into your face.
- Move to Stage One or bring your box breathing to a close with a big exhale
