Archetypal Symbolism: 

During your Open Inward odyssey, you will encounter information that is familiar to you and new in the form of thoughts, feelings, sensations, and vibrations. You will also become aware of images, symbols, sigils, concepts, archetypes, etc. 

I encourage you to begin building your archive of psychic data.

I recommend you do your own research and perhaps invest in a book or two on the subject of symbolism.  

Here is a book you might find helpful as you go down the rabbit hole of discerning psychic data. It is only a suggestion for those keen to have a powerful resource that may help as you open up to receive more psychic information as we travel along this journey!

  • With intention, open your heart, breathe JOY in through your nose.
  • Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head) while sending JOY to your heart.
  • Breathe out and intentionally release whatever energy is resisting JOY in your heart.
  • Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head).
  • Allow a gentle smile to rise from your heart into your face.
  • Move to Stage Two.

Stage Two

  • With intention, open your heart, breathe JOY in through your nose.
  • Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head) while sending JOY to your heart.
  • Breathe out and intentionally release whatever energy is resisting JOY in your heart.
  • Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head).
  • Allow a gentle smile to rise from your heart into your face.
  • Move to Stage Three.

Stage Three

  • With intention, open your heart, breathe JOY in through your nose. 
  • Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head) while sending JOY to your heart.
  • Breathe out and intentionally release whatever energy is resisting JOY in your heart.
  • Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head).
  • Allow a gentle smile to rise from your heart into your face.
  • Move to Stage Four.

Stage Four

  • With intention, open your heart even more, breathe JOY in through your nose. 
  • Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head) while flooding JOY from your heart, in all directions, to the rest of your body.
  • Breathe out and intentionally release JOY, in all directions, to the unified field.
  • Hold your breath for 6 seconds (count in your head).
  • Allow a gentle smile to rise from your heart into your face.
  • Move to Stage One or bring your box breathing to a close with a big exhale
