Practices to Assist in Your Spiritual Awakening

For those of you reading this and feeling like you have had hints of awakening and want to open yourself fully to its potential, here are some recommended activities:

  1. Meditation, quiet, contemplative time, sacred alone time. Spend time in nature, with nature, outside
  2. Samadhi walking with no agenda except to experience following your feet
  3. Shen (heart) smiling like Kannon
  4. Movement mindful movement like Tai Chi or just turning any activity into meditation with the intention
  5. Tribal time with your people… and some of those people are here and in the Open Inward Alumni.
  6. Practice gratitude, happiness, appreciation, no waste, striving to do your best, to embrace the spirit of being alive in all situations
  7. Slow down, breath and practice balance and harmony
