Open Inward: Sea of Merit Working Program
Welcome to your Sea of Merit Working!
As you enter this immersive, intuitive, integrative experience, intentionally become a conscious creator by embracing this sublime Buddhist-inspired merit practice of building self-value.
Building upon the beautiful and unique presence of your being, your joy, and the evolution of your spirit's consciousness, freely expressing her gifts, experience, and wisdom not only nurtures and builds your self-value but, as a whole, you are consciously participating in the planetary ascension of consciousness.
Laurie Anne invites you to become comfortable with your greatness and stand in harmony with your inherent Sacred Objective Witness (Higher Self-awareness). Your healing process is a sacred journey of coming home to your most authentic self.
Three Ancient Practices
Activating these three ancient practices builds your 'why,' your self-value and your bank of experiences of making a difference in this world, aka - MERIT. We can't change others, but we can be a source of inspiration.
1. Commit significantly to your self-care to nurture balance and harmony, within and without.
2. Commit significantly to deepening your self-connection to nurture your harmonious, peaceful, loving presence.
3. Commit significantly to your personal growth to nurture the evolution of your spirit's consciousness and, in turn, the expansion of consciousness as a whole.
We are all hardwired with a desire to make a difference in this world (build merit/self-value) by serving through the lens of our inherent gifts and uninhibitedly expressing what makes us individually unique.
Three Universal Tests:
On your transformational hero's journey, the First Test is acknowledging yourself as a spiritually attuned being. You are here, so you have already passed the first Test!
The Second Test is to learn to upgrade the quality of your life's journey by consciously co-creating with quantum electromagnetic manifestation techniques.
The Third Test is expressing genuine gratitude as you acknowledge everything you experience and everything that appears in your reality for a reason, a season or a lifetime.
Remain open, soft, and receive deeply.

What is merit building?
Merit building is a concept found in various spiritual and religious traditions that refers to the accumulation of positive actions or virtues, which are believed to create good karma or spiritual merit. The idea is that by performing activities that benefit oneself and others, one can accumulate spiritual value that can lead to positive outcomes in this life or future lives.
Merit building is often associated with generosity, compassion, and morality. Examples of actions that can build merit include donating to charity, volunteering, being kind to others, meditating, and engaging in spiritual practices.
In some traditions, merit-building is a way to cultivate positive qualities and overcome negative habits or tendencies. It is believed that by consciously practicing virtuous actions, one can gradually transform oneself and achieve more remarkable spiritual growth and enlightenment.
Merit building is not necessarily focused on the goal of personal gain but instead on cultivating positive qualities and contributing to the well-being of oneself and others. It is a way to live following spiritual values and create positive change in the world.
The Buddhist Practice of Merit Building:
Start building a bank of Merit and receive the gift of self-value from having made a difference. Also, learn to catch yourself diminishing your contributions or not accepting your value gracefully.
Here's a little secret. Merit Building is more potent than writing a list of things you are grateful for. A gratitude journal is still a powerful tool of manifestation. However, where the human condition is most deficient is in our self-value. So often, we don't acknowledge or receive the validation and accolades of where we have made a difference, even in the tiniest of gestures.
By acknowledging the little and big ways each day, you know and feel you made a difference to someone, yourself or a situation; you are building your bank of MERIT. Your ego may want to jump to the front of the line and diminish your process. Remember, your ego has zero intelligence. It is simply a set of programs. Double-check by intentionally connecting to your feeling mind in your upper chest/heart area.
Pro Tips:
Awaken your Inner Alchemist:
You are invited to create a ritual for intentionally connecting with that part of you that is a practical alchemist, set upon creating your experiences. You are powerful and a co-creator, possibly well beyond what you believe about yourself or your life. During our time together, let's do everything possible to initiate change around inherent limitations.
Below you will find the Open Inward Invocation Prayer. Feel free to incorporate it into your post-session processing if it resonates. I invite you to use it often to energize your Intentional Declaration Statements.
Open Inward Invocation Prayer Instructions:
Speak from your heart, your 'feeling mind.'
Feel each word/phrase as if the outcome has already manifested.
Allow empowerment to arise in your awareness.
Allow your eyes to softly meditate on the pale violet sacred Golden Mean Spiral while you recite the invocation prayer.

According to the Buddhists, there are many ways to build Merit. One of the most comprehensive lists is the noncanonical catalogue of "Ten Meritorious Deeds" (Pali, dasa-kusalakamma ). It comprises the following practices:
Ten Meritorious Deeds
1. Giving (dāna )2. Observing the moral precepts (sīla )3. Meditation (bhāvanā )4. Showing respect to one's superiors (apacāyana )5. Attending to their needs (veyyāvacca )6. Transferring Merit (pattidāna )7. Rejoicing the Merit of others (pattānumodana )8. Listening to the Dharma, the Buddha's teachings (dhammasavana )9. Preaching the Dharma (dhammadesanā )10. Having the correct beliefs (diṭṭhijjukamma )

Pause and enjoy a little Inspiration:
Even during your lowest moments, where you feel nothing but clay against the dark earth,
You are never alone.
You have thousands of powerful ancestors behind you; those who have lived through life's wilds and wastelands, griefs and hardships, and do so with you now. Those who carry you in the gnarled and knotted embrace of the Tree of Life, each bestowing a dark seed of promise within your sleeping cells.
Feel their proud voices. Their dreams for you, and advice like moonlight. Feel the loving hands that lift you from the edges of despair, or hurt, or bewilderment - and into clarity. And hear their wisdom. That it is the journey that is the thing and the success is in simply taking it. As they return you back gently to your feet...
and into the life you came here to live.

and say, sit here. Eat.You will love again the stranger who was your self.Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heartto itself, to the stranger who has loved youall your life, whom you ignoredfor another, who knows you by heart.Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,
